🕒 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- No stains, marks, or signs of wear
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties
- Masks
- Men's underwear

Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Prepare the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Reverse Pickup & Charges
We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner. A ₹50 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- ₹50 will be deducted as reverse shipping/return handling fee
- Allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after processing
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide alternatives
🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and order details with support@intimissionline.com
- After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (no return fee applies in such cases)
📌 Important Notes
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- We reserve the right to limit returns if misuse is observed
- Products below ₹500 are non-returnable under all circumstances
- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
